Crimson Moon Co-op and Crossplay
Updated September 4, 2026
Crimson Moon supports optional two-player online co-op. Players share the consequences of the life pool and coordinate loot and roles; cross-platform play has been described in official-facing coverage, but confirm current platform support before buying for a mixed-platform group.
How Many Players?
The supported party size is two online players. There is no confirmed four-player mode or local split-screen mode.
Shared Lives and Revives
Co-op partners draw from the same life pool, so repeated deaths affect the entire attempt. Protecting a downed partner is part of resource management.
Loot and Build Roles
Coordinate around complementary jobs rather than fixed classes. Shared loot makes communication useful when one drop completes the other player's build.
Crossplay Checklist
- Check the latest official support notes
- Confirm both platforms are on the same game version
- Verify platform subscription requirements
- Treat old preview statements as subject to change
